The role:

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring we hire the right talent at the right time.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies, explore innovative sourcing methods, and contribute to building sustainable talent pipelines.

How you will spend your days:


Talent Strategy:


  • Collaborate with regional leadership to create regionspecific, reliable talent pipelines.
  • Develop and manage a school networking program to strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.

Recruitment:


  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop recruitment approaches.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop recruitment collateral and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Analytics:


  • Analyze and consolidate data to prepare reports on recruitment outcomes and trends.
  • Provide insights to support local and corporate recruitment objectives.
  • Review revenue trends to propose staffing adjustments.

What you bring:


  • Experience.

    You have experience working in recruitment solely as a recruiter or with recruitment as a large portion of the role.

    You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with HRIS and ATS systems, and can learn new software quickly.
  • Education. Completed postsecondary education in business management, human resources, or recruitment.
  • Interpersonal skills. Strong relationshipbuilding skills and ability to work on cross functional teams and multichannel organizations. You have excellent communication skills for interactions across all levels. A selfstarter with the ability to take an initiative from concept through to implementation successfully.
  • Additional musthave requirements. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable. Possession of a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various sites or event locations (approximately 510%).
