Under the supervision of the Proposal Manager, this role is responsible for bid sourcing and administration of the bid/no bid process, as well as client/procurement site registrations.

What You'll Do Here

Facilitate the bid/no bid process for opportunities across North America.
Research client and bid sourcing sites for potential opportunities.
Maintaining a pursuit database.
Maintain client database.
Client site registration.

What You Bring to The Team

A selfmotivated team player with 1 to 2 years of bid sourcing experience, preferably within the utilities construction industry.
Attention to detail with the ability to generate and maintain reporting around bid sourcing and bd pipeline.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with bidding sites such as Merx, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, US Bidding Sites.
Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
Technical knowledge of the utilities industry considered a strong asset.
Ability to perform in a fastpaced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
