Mrs. Dunster's has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for 50 years. We are a local, family owned and operated fresh bakery, with bakery operations in Sussex, NB, and Moncton, NB. We also own and operate Kredl's Corner Market in Hampton, NB.

We are looking for a Direct-Store Sales Representative for the Yarmouth area of NS who will ensure excellent customer service while being responsible to deliver fresh product to stores. This position could be based in Yarmouth or HRM.

Responsibilities:


  • Direct store sales and delivery to major grocery chains, mass merchandising and retail outlets in your assigned territory.
  • Merchandising and rotating stock of Mrs. Dunster's and partner products.
  • Maintaining route distribution schedules.
  • Loading and unloading of baked goods.
  • Ensuring all required reports, invoices and documents are processed properly.
  • Providing a highlevel customer service to customers.
  • Proper maintenance scheduling for truck
  • Responsible for completing pretrip and posttrip inspections
  • Completion of driver log books
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
  • Adhered to the DOT rules and regulations of the road
  • Comfortable in driving a box truck more than 18' in length

Qualifications:


  • Driver's license, with minimum 3 years driving boxtruck experience along with a clean driving abstract.
  • Criminal Record Check.
  • Directstore sales or merchandising experience would be great.
  • Hard working and dedicated to customer service.
  • Punctual.
  • Energetic selfstarter.
  • Professional and friendly.
  • Neat and clean in appearance.
