Responsibilities/Accountability
- Coordinate day to day tasks and schedule workers at customer location
- Building strong relationships with workers and clients are a necessity
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with the other departments
- Meeting project deadlines with mínimal interruption
- Develops creative solutions and alternatives to customer problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various responsibilities and meet project deadlines
- Working with shop floor to ensure material readiness and assisting with preventing bottlenecks
Education/experience
- 25 Project Management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Gantt Charts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- PMP Certification would be an asset
- Strong customer service skills are a necessity
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently, multitask and stay organized under pressure is required
- Time management and priority management skills necessary
- Friendly, flexible, talented, creative, highly motivated worker and communicator
Direction received
- Receives direction from the Executive Manager
Inside/outside relationships
- Consistent communication with Engineering, Executive Manager, Office staff, Manufacturing shop and Installation team
Instruction/Coordination
- May provide verbal assistance to clients, customers, elevator installers
Position conditions
- travel will be required throughout the GTA and surrounding GTA
Salary:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
