Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensures the commercial/contractor desk and Tool Rental areas are providing the best service possible to our customers, especially those in the construction, professional and commercial markets.
Check the equipment upon return of rental.
Invoice customers.
Follow up with clients.
Keep the equipment inventory up to date.
Develop communication and followup methods for the commercial/contractor desk to receive accurate program and activity information, as well as an efficient execution in store.
Improve procedures and systems to help the commercial staff to better serve customers.
Oversee deliveries and ensure delivery drivers are operating under all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.

The qualifications we are looking for:

Basic knowledge of the construction market an important asset.
Position requires good communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers.
Basic computer/phone knowledge.
Ability to work as a team.
