De façon générale, les principales activités à réaliser sont les suivantes:

- Participer aux cliniques qualité avec les équipes de production et de maintenance
- Animer des cliniques de fiabilisation d'équipement
- Suivre les projets spéciaux et tendances de son secteur sur le plancher
- Participer à l'élaboration de devis techniques pour l'acquisition de nouvelles machines
- Élaborer le dossier d'entretien et standardisation des composantes machines
- Participer à l'installation des nouvelles machines
- Réaliser et maintenir des procédures de maintenance
- Supporter et mettre à jour les plans de maintenance préventive
- Mettre à jour les dossiers machines (Projets, pièces critiques, post mortems)
- Gérer des projets de fiabilisation ou d'amélioration en collaboration avec divers départements
- Faire de l'analyse statistique des équipements (MTBF, MTTR, Top 10)
- Commander les pièces machines critiques
- Évaluer l'équipement désuet et fournir des rapports (analyse de cycle de vie)
- Suivre les projets machines « Overhauls » ou Rétrofit ou mise au rebut

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 2 ans dans un poste d'ingénierie technique/industrielle ou fiabilité maintenance, ou une expérience significative en maintenance jumelée à une formation/expérience en fiabilité;
- Connaissance pratique des programmes de maintenance préventive et d'amélioration de la fiabilité, y compris l'analyse des causes racines des pannes;
- Expérience dans le dépannage des systèmes mécaniques, la conception générale de la machine, les calculs d'ingénierie;
- Vous maîtrisez la résolution de problèmes et êtes axé sur les résultats;
- Préférablement, avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine de MTCE ou autre domaine connexe (Automatisation, fabrication)

Generally speaking, the main activities to be carried out are as follows:

- Participate in quality clinics with production and maintenance teams
- Lead equipment reliability clinics
- Follow special projects and trends in your sector on the floor
- Participate in the development of technical quotes for the acquisition of new machines
- Develop the maintenance file and standardization of machine components
- Participate in the installation of new machines
- Carry out and maintain maintenance procedures
- Support and update preventive maintenance plans
- Update machine files (Projects, critical parts, post mortems)
- Manage reliability or improvement projects in collaboration with various departments
- Perform statistical analysis of equipment (MTBF, MTTR, Top 10)
- Order critical machine parts
- Evaluate obsolete equipment and provide reports (life cycle analysis)
- Monitor "Overhauls" or Retrofit or scrapping machine projects

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years in a technical/industrial engineering or reliability maintenance position, or significant experience in maintenance combined with training/experience in reliability;
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability improvement programs, including root cause analysis of failures;
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, general machine design, engineering calculations;
- You master problem solving and are results-oriented;
- Preferably, have experience in the field of MTCE or other related field (Automation, manufacturing)
