As a Business Development Representative at Shogun, you will play a pivotal role in generating business opportunities to fuel our growth in the ecommerce enablement software industry.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with ecommerce agency partners as well as ecommerce brands; understanding their needs, and showcasing how our software solutions can address their challenges and opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.

Achieve Opportunity Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity generation targets. These include opportunities for potential partnership with agencies and subsequent referral of prospective clients, as well as generation of opportunities for net new business or opportunity for expansion with existing clients.

Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all partner and client activities and provide regular updates to management.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with our Marketing team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.

Market Analysis: Keep apprised of market trends and competitor competencies to identify new business opportunities and convey product differentiation.


Qualifications:


  • 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Zoom, Slack, and Google suite.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • A selfstarter with a track record of successful, credible lead followup and sales development.

Salary Range
- $23.43—$31.69 USD
