Parts Manager

REPORTING TO:
General Manager

LOCATION:
Steinbach, MB

LMS Ag Equipment is a family-owned farm equipment dealership selling and servicing Fendt, Challenger, Massey Ferguson, RoGator, TerraGator & more.

We are currently looking to fill the position of Parts Manager at our new location in Steinbach.
As parts manager you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, the parts team, and suppliers.

Your success in this position will be defined by your ability to build relationships, your attention to detail and self motivation.

Responsibilities will Include:

Maintain inventory control including, purchasing, selling, stocking, pricing and counting parts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build positive team relations & maintain safety guidelines
Forecast parts inventory needs, order parts & maintain optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant parts management experience or similar experience in a dealership environment
Possess negotiating, conflict resolution & mediation skills
Ability to make informed and confident decisions
Solid leadership & management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
