One of our client is looking for a CNC Machinist & Programmer ( Milling & Lathe ) .

This position is responsible to set-up and operate the CNC milling/lathe machines, do programming and have knowledge about using basic machining.

Pay Rate:
$25 ( depends on the experience)


Schedule:
: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Monday to Friday
*Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Milling and lathes Machines and to produce precision parts and instruments
• Must have knowledge about CNC Programming ( Milling & Lathe )
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine machining operations
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines,
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or tools as needed

*Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma with 2 year College Manufacturing Program
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
• Must have experience in Mastercam Software
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have knowledge of Milling and Turning operations
• Set up and operate machine as per orders
