Position Summary:


Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution (Multiple brands):

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive monthly social media strategy, reflecting current events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Develop a detailed social media calendar in alignment with the strategy, managing iterations as needed.
  • Produce and schedule weekly posts, prioritizing carousels or reels, plus a minimum of 1 engaging reel.
  • Create and share Instagram stories weekly, incorporating design, copywriting, and original content.
  • Foster community engagement by interacting with mentions and tags.
  • Craft bilingual captions that embody our brand's voice and storytelling approach.
  • Analyze social media performance monthly, adapting strategies to enhance engagement.

Collaborative Content Creation:


  • Generate captivating content monthly, aligning with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with our inhouse and outsourced content creators for photoshoots, ensuring artistic direction and postshoot content optimization.
  • Conduct color retouching and editing to ensure visual consistency.
  • Regularly visit various locations with content creator to gather authentic content.

Meetings:


  • Engage in monthly strategy meetings to discuss analytics, campaign effectiveness, and upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Lead internal brainstorming sessions to foster idea generation and monitor performance metrics.
  • Design, write, and dispatch a monthly newsletter, managing design content, and scheduling.

Ads Collaboration:


  • Work in tandem with our ad management specialist to oversee social media booking ads, from creation to analysis.
  • Ensure ad copy is compelling and accurately translated, aligning with campaign objectives.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and graphic design, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Expertise in Instagram's features, analytics, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Skilled in copywriting and editing in french and english, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Experienced in photo editing, color retouching, and maintaining brand aesthetic.
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a commitment to creative excellence.
