We are looking to grow our real estate family with a like-minded real estate administrative assistant and marketing specialist in order to expand our team and to better service our ever-growing client base.

We are a close nit team who is looking to onboard someone who is also looking to grow professionally along side us.
In this role, you will be responsible for conduction various administrative tasks, reception services, processing and uploading real estate transaction documents, preparing marketing material, creating and posting on social media, answering online inquiries, uploading listings to MLS etc.
You will also be expected to offer agent and client support throughout the real estate transaction including direct client communication.
Experience in real estate, real estate administration, office administration is an asset.Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
