Bartender - Mississauga Convention Centre, Mississauga, ON, CAN
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at Mississauga Convention Centre.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring the bar area is kept clean and organized.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and take orders for drinks
  • Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with standard recipes
  • Check guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Serve snacks and food items to customers seated at the bar
  • Clean and organize the bar area and wash glassware
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Knowledge of a variety of alcoholic beverages
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate
