Responsibilities
+- Receive, review and analyze information returns, inquiries and reports in order to take corrective action to resolve identified issues, including updating accounts or statements.
- Respond to inquiries from filers regarding the submission and processing of information returns, verifying returns to be processed, contacting taxpayers by telephone or in writing for additional information, and correcting or amending returns accordingly.
