    The Associate's primary role is to work closely with the team providing a prestige level of service to our clients.

    What will you do?

    The Licensed Associate's primary focus is to assist the team in the day-to-day administration of the business.

    You will be required to support more than one advisor and lead administrator on the team.

    you will be expected to regularly interact with clients by phone, email or in person.

    Description

    Delivers a high level of client service by:

    · Completion of account opening and updating of account applications for clients

    Onboarding new clients: collect and document information

    Updating existing clients/KYC updates

    · Booking reviews with clients and advisory team members

    · Updating and prepare financial plans including gathering client details, presenting scenarios

    · Supporting advisor with the production of reports to review client portfolios and ensure alignment with risk

    profile and applicable investment programs

    · Entering client trades as directed by client and/or advisor or portfolio manager

    · Staying up-to-date with regulatory rules and trading activities regarding client accounts

    Ensures effective client administration by:

    · Following up with clients on missing documentation as per industry regulatory requirements

    · Maintaining client files and information

    · Ensuring daily trades and system account entries are timely and accurate

    · Responding to client inquiries in a professional and responsive manner

    · Resolving issues and implementing client transactions expeditiously and accurately

    · Issuing instructions for client withdrawals, deposits, swaps and transfers

    · Ensuring all client interactions are accurately documented in our CRM

    · Understanding the required documentation for all client account types

    · Identifying opportunities to acquire additional assets and/or increase revenue with existing clients

    · Developing, distributing and maintaining information and marketing materials

    Supports the growth of the advisor business by:

    · Assisting in idea generation

    · Preparing, analyzing and presenting reports, marketing concepts, insurance plans, annual trading summary, · Recommending ways to provide additional value to clients and increase office efficiencies

    Contributes to the effective functioning of the team by:

    · Building effective working relationships across the team and with corporate head office

    · Maintaining a high level of client service standards

    · Facilitating a culture of open and honest communication

    · Actively participating and contributing to team meetings

    · Encouraging the generation of new ideas and process improvements

    · Actively sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team members

    · Committing to professional development

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Proficient in English (written and Oral)

    Further your training on Croesus, Compass ( imost, netrep) to mastery level

    Salesforce CRM to follow advocate service for those clients

    Comprehensive Financial Planning using Naviplan

    Microsoft Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint, outlook, teams) and computer savvy

    Canadian Securities Course (CSC): completed or willing to enrol

    Conduct and Practices Handbook course (CPH): completed or willing to enrol.

    Registered Representative preferred or IR at a minimum or willing and able to be licensed in one year

    Post-secondary education preferred

    CIM/CFP/CFA: preferred or enrolled but not required

    Industry experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
