Junior Network Systems Administrator/Support Technician


Responsibilities:

• PC hardware and software installation, including Microsoft Windows Servers 2016 to 2022, Office 365, workstations and networking devices
• Install, configure and provide remote and onsite support to client environments
• Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementation of project requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation and information, e.g. network diagrams, typologies, contact information, etc.
• Troubleshooting in both onsite and remote environments

Skills:

• Strong Systems Administration skills with Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policies.
• Experience supporting Remote Control solutions (Terminal Services, TeamViewer, GotoAssist, etc.).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Anti-Virus solutions (Trend Micro, Symantec, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
• Good people skills and capable of working with a team but also does well alone.
• The ability to learn new technology and learn how to implement them.
• Selfmotivated Technician with a passion for IT.
• Bilingual, English and French.

Other Requirements:
Mandatory bilingual (French/English) English is required, French is an asset.

Mandatory valid driver's licence and vehicle.

Must be living in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and ready to start quickly.

Pay:
$40,670.02-$63,229.59 per year
