The Strategic and Indigenous Partnerships Division (Division) provides a strategic hub for the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation (EMLI) work on strategic initiatives such as indigenous relations, natural resource management initiatives, and legislative and regulatory development.
The majority of support is administrative in nature; however, there is the opportunity to assist in a wide range of diverse activities and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent plus one (1) year of related experience.
Related experience must include:
- Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Experience in the areas of financial administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenditure control, and purchasing.
- Experience booking travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Public Sector experience.
- Postsecondary education in office administration.
- More than two (2) years of related experience.
