Whyte Avenue Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is looking to hire a new
full time
Receptionist and Administrative Manager to join our clinic.

We are seeking for an individual looking for a
long-term career position.


This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks and the front desk team, while providing a quality reception service to patients.


Duties Include:


  • Greet patients and manage intake forms
  • Closely audit all transactions and bookings
  • Lead in completing administrative tasks (ie. accounts receivable, auditing, invoicing, receiving cheques, correcting claim submissions and other duties as needed)
  • Foster a positive working environment and provide management support to reception team
  • Coordinate daily tasks for patients and practitioners
  • Operate and maintain inventory supplies as needed
  • Create monthly schedule for reception team and practitioners
  • Light cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness in the clinic

Qualifications:


  • Experience in office management and administrative support (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with HealthQuest or Jane (preferred)
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • A strong attention to detail and is highly organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
