- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment
- Ensure proper labeling and staging of products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety and operational procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Communicate and work with other team members to ensure proper movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
- Keeps the warehouse clean, orderly and free from obstructions by placing all debris in proper containers or designated areas
- Execute all tasks following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent work methods are used to achieve desired customer service levels.
- Promote safety in the day-to-day operations
- Demonstrates respect for the organization's values, while maintaining and upholding company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment at all times
- Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act including Safety, Violence and Harassment laws as well as internal Safety and Security rules
- Report any accidents, incidents, hazards, and near-misses in the workplace to management.
- Actively participate in encouraging safe work practices among co-workers; lead by example in working safely
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Order Picker
- Minimum 1 year of experience using RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a high school level
- Basic math skills (high school level)
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment (0°C to 4°C)
- Previous experience in a refrigerated or temperature-controlled warehouse
- Pay: $20.15-$22.15

We are actively hiring for an experienced Forklift Driver (Order Picker) to join our team in a temperature-controlled warehouse (0°C to 4°C). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in order picking and RF scanner usage, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
