What you will do:

Rumble is seeking a

Manager of Strategic Initiatives to assist executive leadership within a number of key verticals including finance, marketing, sales & operations to drive communication and assist with coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Direct collaboration with executive team
• Manage a wide variety of strategic projects (finance, marketing, sales, operations) from concept to execution
• Collaborate with the different parts of the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 23 years work experience (e.g. management consulting, investment banking) and/or MBA
• Strong business acumen with a focus on developing creative solutions
• Strong sense of urgency and highly resourceful
• Proven ability to develop relationships and lead through influence
• High tolerance for ambiguity, complexity, and changing priorities
• Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA is an asset
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
