The Wet process Supervisor provides supervision and leadership to hourly employees in the Wet process department during designated shift.

The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the work performed by the operators is accurate, timely, complete and compliant with customer specifications.


  • Duties_:
  • Thorough working knowledge of all operations and equipment throughout area of responsibility
  • Train and develop staff to fullest potential, daily coaching and interaction with employees
  • Monitor and document individual employee performance
  • Promote positive attitude
  • Maintain daily work records and monitor daily yields
  • Maintain department charts and graphs
  • Constant awareness of machine utilizations and maintenance activities
  • Follow up on all process related deficiencies
  • Work closely with engineers to maintain and enhance process
  • Maintain a tour ready work area
  • Follow and complete necessary revisions of all written procedures
  • Ensure all operators are following safe work practices
  • Enforce company policies per the Employee Handbook
  • Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals

  • Essential Knowledge and Skills:_
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Will be exposed to hazardous waste while performing daily job duties.
  • Will undergo Chemical Handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.
  • Education and Experience:_
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Two years of supervisory or related experience is preferred
  • Technical exposure to printed circuit board industry or related field
