Description of Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Supervisor, Relief. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee training programs for wastewater treatment operators;




The implementation involves working with both plant managers and project engineers. This position also entails ensuring that critical knowledge is transferred effectively.

The key responsibilities include providing instruction to staff members; supervising their daily work performance; reviewing maintenance activities in Workforce Management (WFM); preparing accident/incident reports;
executing staff discipline when necessary;
and completing performance appraisals on time. 
Also included among your duties is monitoring preventative maintenance programs' execution as well as associated costs
