Salary Range for Financial Analyst $50,000 to $60,000 / year based on experience

_Please note that this role is a 14 month Leave of Absence replacement contract_

60% of your time will be devoted to:

Managing the supplier's accounts (payables)

40% of your time will be devoted to:

Receivables and invoices
Balance sheets
Checking system data for accuracy and completion
Providing administrative support to the local management team
Entering transactions in the various accounting software
Cost controlling
Be action oriented
Be rigorous
Work effectively with different business partners in the plant
Ensure the continuous improvement of current processes
Exhibit excellent organizational, planning skills, and thoroughness
Demonstrate analytical skills, autonomy, and a high level of initiative

Diploma in Accounting
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in account payables
Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
Proficiency in Office Suite (A MUST)
