The Woodward Copper office staff are responsible for coordinating all logistics at summer camp including housing travel needs associated with Woodward Copper summer camp.They will coordinate camper staff visitor travel needs to from Copper Mountain
Coordinating with Counselor Supervisor Operations Manager for vehicle staffing needs Ensuring unique needs of sick homesick injured campers are met Maintaining medical files for participating campers Maintain update SOPs for camp office operations Update camper accounts with necessary communication in relation to their experience at Woodward Copper Coordinate housing needs for up to 200 campers up to 100 staff Assist in implementation of all aspects of the activities ensure best experience possible Be knowledgeable departmental aspects policies procedures frontline duties wherever required
