    The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for helping Mars Petcare achieve its operating plan by co-developing our go-to-market plans with the sales, marketing and supply chain functions.

    This person will partner on strategy building, facilitate the Joint Business Planning annual cycle and support the sales team in selling and executing the resulting plans.

    This role is responsible for developing sales tools, resources, communications, and customizing our item portfolio for key customers and channels.

    At least 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry in a sales or marketing capacity.
    University degree, preferably in a business discipline.
    Experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
    Develop tools, resources and communications to support execution of our go-to-market plan.
    Act as a sales consultant for the marketing team.
    Help facilitate the annual cross-functional Joint Business Planning process.
    Create, lead or contribute to special projects.
