- Review and validate backend data entry related to credit card rates, fees, and merchant account configurations
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards and data security best practices when handling sensitive information
- Maintain detailed QA documentation, reports, and audit trails
- Perform regular audits and quality checks on newly entered and existing merchant data
- Implement corrections and updates in accordance with card network rules, processor requirements, and internal policies
- Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to resolve data-related issues efficiently
- Knowledge of payment processing industry is a strong asset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to document and track data entry errors through resolution
- Experience in QA with internal CRMS
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.
