    On Side Restoration's HR function is growing and it's an exciting time to join our team We are seeking an exceptionally organized English/French bilingual HR Service Center (HRSC) Coordinator.

    The Job – Bilingual (EN/FR) Human Resources Service Center Coordinator

    As an HRSC, you will work with our entire organization supporting our branches across the country. Your responsibilities will include providing support and solutions to the business and act as a liaison for the HR and Payroll teams. As a key member of the team, we will count on you to help design workflows, manage and disseminate information, provide excellent customer service and collaborate with all collaborators. This job is a perfect role for someone who wants to expand their Human Resources knowledge and has a demonstrated ability to build processes, work efficiently, effectively and provide excellent customer service.     The bilingual (EN/FR) Human Resources Service Center Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Help design HR service center workflow.
  • Manage incoming HR and payroll queries.
  • Identify the nature of the inquiry following HR best practices / knowledge base guidelines.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate HR/Payroll representative
  • Provide excellent customer service and consistent, accurate responses.
  • In collaboration with HR and payroll, create knowledge base and recommend improvements.
  • Remain up to date on corporate and department policies, procedures, and projects.
  • Participate in various team projects on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist with maintaining computerized employee filing systems.
  • Assist with French translation of HR-related documents.
  • Provide HR support as required.
  • What you bring:

  • The candidate must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail plus have the ability to work in a team and independently
  • A natural collaborator with superior, customer service skills, a strong sense of ethics and a can-do attitude.
  • College certificate or diploma in Human Resources or related program is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related areas such as Recruiting, Payroll, and benefits is required.
  • Fluency in French and English is required as you will need to interact regularly with managers and employees nationwide.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • A sound understanding of human resources operations is required
  • Strict confidentiality is a crucial requirement for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows programs OUTLOOK, WORD, and EXCEL is required.
