About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office admin/ Legal administrative assistant to provide support for a booming Process Serving business.
You will also be required to draft Affidavits of Service specific to British Columbia (a must), invoice clients, prepare and organize legal files to be served and prepare corporate tax documentation.

- A solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to transcribe, proofread, and edit legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills including the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- You will need a history of working in a legal environment
specific to the British Columbia legal field: - You
must have a deep knowledge of legal office procedures, legal terminology, court systems, and the process of billing clients. - You
must have experience in drafting Affidavits of Service, Certificates of Service and Affidavits of Attempted Service.
2 years experience as a legal administrative assistant. This is the fastest growing process serving company in BC so you will need to hit the ground running.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
