Front Desk Administrator - Mississauga, Canada - Prep Doctors
Description
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide pleasant customer experience, and build lasting positive impressions by catering to client needs
- Routing and escalating calls as per the internal procedure to assist in resolving client issues
- Scan/Photocopy and organize documents
- Send/receive mail
- Reporting /Documentation
- Compiling data to assist in policy adjustment/special accommodations
- Troubleshoot basic issue
- Assist other teams with event/course planning and implementation as needed
- Assist with other operational tasks as required to ensure mínimal interruption to services
- Able to work in a highpaced environment
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Completed a related Degree, Diploma, or Program. Experience in Administration
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of working as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
ASSETS
- Keyboard Typing
- Communication skills. Proficiency in multiple languages (English is a must)
- Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite of products (i.e. Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working in an Academic institution
- Flexible hours are a plus as overtime work may be required during peak seasons
- Multitasking is a must
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Environment Offices, Classroom, and labs
Hours Regular Business hours. 8 hours/day. Evening and weekend shifts availability needed.
