As a Lead Analyst, you must offer solid expertise in your field of activity and influence decisions and orientations based on the business objectives of the sector.

You will perform complex analyses to provide useful information for decision-making and you will be responsible for the financial results of an IT & Operations sector.

In addition, you will be part of our transformation by simplifying, automating and continuously improving our processes and tools.


Your role

  • Responsible for actual financial results, forecasts and budget as well as complex analyses for an IT & Operations sector
  • Followup of contractual expenses, volumes and indicators
  • Preparation of the management report for the sector under your responsibility
  • Analyze and interpret financial data
  • Explain variances
  • Resource tracking
  • Prepare indicators and graphs
  • Participate in the evolution of our tools and processes and make recommendations to optimize the quality of financial information
  • Support the finance partner in various mandates and ad hoc analyse
  • Work closely with your colleagues to align results and analyses
  • Ensuring the integrity and quality of financial results


This position reports to the Senior Director, Financial Performance Management IT & Operations, whose mission of this sector is to be the financial partner of the IT & Operations sector by supporting and advising them for all Finance activities and in the management of their financial performance while ensuring a monitoring role on the integrity of financial information.

Skills required

  • Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in reporting and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and good tolerance to ambiguity
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders Banking
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Have demonstrated cooperative actions that have contributed to the success of a group
  • Advanced knowledge of excel, powerpoint and charts

Preferred skills

  • CPA accounting designation
  • Knowledge of the Bank's operational activities
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English
