    Summary

    Under the supervision of the Manager, Packaging, the position holder carries out the assembly, adjustment and operation of various machines in the Packaging Department. It ensures that the equipment is maintained in optimal operating conditions. Guarantees the execution of his tasks according to GMP and HSE standards

    Main duties

    BATCH PRODUCTION

    Ensures the assembly/disassembly and operation of equipment according to the procedures and instructions in force
    Diligently completes documentation during production
    Ensures daily that machines are in good working order.
    Ensures that each piece of equipment is functioning properly and makes adjustments if necessary
    Collaborates with operators and team leaders to ensure that the production schedule is respected
    Guarantees to complete the necessary documentation in the event of deviations
    Participates in continuous improvement to optimize the operation of the equipment.
    Works as part of a team to resolve equipment operating problems.
    Can perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
    May participate in the development, revision of procedures, operating manuals
    Can participate in equipment and process improvement teams
    Ensures that production steps are followed as specified in the FMC
    Performs any other related task at the request of his supervisor
    Guarantees the maintenance of his technical qualifications and his knowledge of the methods and procedures in force.

    EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

    Guarantees the good working condition and conformity of equipment and premises.
    Ensures that your workstation is maintained, equipment is clean and complies with GMP and HSE standards
    Ensures proper use of equipment.
    Informs the team leader/manager of any problems encountered
    Respects production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields).
    Can wash equipment and premises
    Make sure to follow the instructions
    Can check, complete and transmit batch files and packaging documents.
    Takes the necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, property and products in the event of an anomaly.
    Can provide input into production management systems

    GMP and HSE

    Performs work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies and procedures
    Apply HSE directives, procedures and instructions on a daily basis
    Guarantees to declare any quality/HSE event to his manager
    Reports problems and suggests improvements

    Knowledge and skills required:

    a) Training required

    DEC in mechanics, electromechanics (an asset) or DEP with relevant experience
    Secondary minimum V or equivalent

    b) Languages

    French
    English an asset

    c) Special experience and knowledge

    Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an assembly operator

    d) Specific technical skills

    Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic knowledge
    Knowledge of production tools
