Description

• Works with clients to ensure that technology is effectively deployed to their operations and objectives.
• Be familiar with cloudbased software solutions hand how to manage them across multiple physical locations and devices. Network support is important and knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols as well as equipment is vital.
• Have a solid understanding of how to work within a framework of various Windows Server incarnations.
• Be comfortable with people and should anticipate working in various locations as well as in our shop.

• Certificate in Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system

• Repair computer hardware (desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals)
• Designing and troubleshooting internal computer networks
• Good problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
