The Opportunity:
System Specialist - a driven member of the Operations team who's passionate about engaging with people.
You will have the responsibility for implementing the company's industry leading technology with some of Canada & USA largest mining companies.
- Attend remote underground mining operations to provide customers with technology implementation and training.
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support and advice through regular communication.
- Proactively support customers through remotely monitoring operating systems.
- Accurately record client communication and other relevant data within the CRM system.
- Inspect and assemble technological systems prior to dispatch.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures.
- Attend mine sites per operational requirements and potentially at short notice.
- Willing to spend 3035% of their time working on site

$86,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
