REPONSABILITIES

  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs while exercising discretion and confidentiality
  • Servicing existing customers by reviewing accounts and available products Support various corporate strategic initiatives as needed by:
  • Adjusting daily work activities to support the requirements of company initiatives
  • Adapting to meet unique process flows, scheduling, expectations, technology, etc.
  • Providing feedback to test, learn and refine processes/technology

Qualifications:
