ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post payable invoices upon management approval and prepare monthly cheque run.
Monitor payment of invoices to ensure payments are made on time and there is no duplicate payment.
Process and post vehicle sales transactions into accounting system, ensure revenue and gross profit are reported accurately.
Monthend and yearend closing.
Expense review and trend analysis.
Reconcile various payable and receivable schedules.
Work closely with dealerships to ensure company SOP and accounting process are followed.
Track payments and receipts between dealership and manufacturer.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Minimum 3 years of full cycle accounting experience.
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
Attention to detail and selfdisciplined in an autonomous work environment.
Exhibit exemplary problemsolving, time management, and communication skills.
Previous automotive experience and knowledge of CDK is an asset.
