Position Description:


Working as a member of the IMT Project Management Office, the Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned project to ensure activities are progressing as planned and are meeting the documented requirements.


Here's What You'll Get To Do

  • Coordinate the work of the members of the project team
  • Maintain timely communications with all project team members, including vendor staff
  • Communicate project status via the Project Status Report
  • Conduct project team meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for designated meetings
  • Record and monitor project issues from discovery through to resolution
  • Use internal standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Maintain project documentation as assigned
  • Coordinate project activities like
  • Test and Prepare for New phases of the project
  • Coordinate and maintain logistics required to appropriate conduct workshops / working sessions
  • Assist with Scheduling activities required for the project

Here's What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (ie. PMBOK) is a definite asset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Welldeveloped analytical, problemsolving and organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating project testing activities with project team members is an asset
  • Hospital experience is an asset
  • Experience in project coordination activities in ERP or large scale projects is an asset

Employment Type
Temporary Full-time, 6 Month Contract
