As a Social Media Editor at L'amour, you will be a key contributor to our brand's digital presence and engagement strategies.

Your role will encompass managing multiple social media platforms, creating captivating visual content, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Strategically manage and oversee the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, WeChat, RED, and more, ensuring consistent engagement and content relevance.
Capture highquality product images and create compelling short videos, followed by postproduction editing to align with brand aesthetics and inspirations.
Curate and generate engaging content for electronic newsletters, advertisement posters, and other marketing materials.
Craft blog entries, articles, and diverse content aligning with company interests and campaign objectives.
Identify optimal social media channels based on target demographics for effective message promotion.
Analyze social media trends and recommend refinements to enhance the organization's outreach and engagement strategies.
Publish blog entries, videos, photos, and updates across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and WeChat.
Infuse the company's product image and social media style with the latest fashion trends, insights from popular culture, and industry leaders' best practices.
Maintain daily App notifications updates and manage productrelated content.
Enhance SEO content for products to optimize search visibility.
Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.

We Expect You to:

Display proficiency in video editing, with the ability to independently shoot and edit photos and short videos, utilize various professional video editing software, such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets, facilitating efficient data management and analysis.
Thrive in team environments, displaying strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Familiar with photography set design and capable of creating visually appealing backgrounds for shoots.
Proficient in project planning, having coordinated comprehensive initiatives such as grand opening promotions and social media campaigns.

We Expect You to Have:

Fluency in Mandarin and English, ensuring effective communication.
Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator, advantageous for content creation.
A detail-oriented and responsible approach to tasks.
A well-versed understanding of Korean and Japanese cosmetic and skincare brands, along with prevailing fashion trends.
Prior experience in advertising campaign management.

We Expect You to Demonstrate:

Knowledge of SEO principles, a plus for optimizing content visibility.
An exemplary fashion sense and aesthetics.
Proficiency with XIUMI, a critical tool for social media management.
