    Are you looking for a new HR role?Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resouces Generalist in the manufacturing industry in Port Moody, British Columbia. Our wonderful client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team at their Port Moody location. This is a full time, permanent role in an industrial environment. In this role, you will be mainly focusing on full cycle payroll along with assisting with hiring, onboarding and implementing site policies and procedures. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working independently, has great communication skills and is able to take initiative. Responsibilities:

    • Primarily handle payroll processes
    • Assist employees with personal info, benefits, and employment and pay changes in HRIS
    • Initiate and implement HR policies and procedures
    • In charge of onboarding and orientation processes
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience including Canadian payroll experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Must have working knowledge of HRIS/HSM and payroll systems
