    about this team

    The Inventory Management team is responsible for ensuring inventory is in the right place at the right time. We monitor the business on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, understanding changes in trend and reacting to the business to maximize sales and mitigate risk. You are an essential part of the cross functional team collaborating with planning, merchandising, store operations and DC network planning. You have razor sharp attention to detail but also able to think big picture.

    • Responsible for ensuring North American stores have the right inventory and stay within capacity
    • Manage and build reports in excel and Thoughtspot
    • Action replenishment changes
    • Communicate directly with regional managers to support store level inventory
    • Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to support store inventory

    • Proficient at microsoft office
    • Data analytics skills are a plus

    Compensation and Benefits Package

    lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
