What are your contributions to the team?:

Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of a 25 to 30 union employees.
Assume all the human resources management responsibilities.
Have to coordinate quality support to the instore logistics teams.
Have to identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
Also have to assume the continuous improvement by using the processes of problem management solutions.
Also have to use your leadership role in the use of the values and the vision of Bombardier Aeronautic.

How to thrive in this role?:

You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in the methods and/or quality team, most importantly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving and/or continuous improvement
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
You have excellent management skills.
You have the ability to show good judgment, flexibility, resultsoriented, able to work with mínimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times.
You have a great sense of initiative and are ready to work with a winning team.
You have good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
You have a definite talent for communication and leadership.
You have the ability to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
You have good communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset)
