Job Title
VP, Business Transformation


What is the opportunity? The Business Transformation team supports Capital Markets by working closely with business partners across Front Office as well as functional teams to help enable change by executing business-driven transformation.


Please note, this is hybrid role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work - 3 days in the office.

What will you do?

  • Manage all aspects associated with Steering Committee and Executive Committee meetings, and all other regularly scheduled program forums, inclusive of scheduling and preparation of associated materials
  • Support Program status reporting across the Program and at the Executive level to ensure Program goals and objectives are executed and clearly, consistently communicated across all teams
  • Support Business and Functional leads in planning and ensuring necessary resources are available
  • Facilitate issue resolution/escalation and manage interdependencies and ensure the accurate maintenance of the RAID log
  • Manage change control process including coordination across all stakeholders to assess impact, approval and tracking
  • Work with Finance Performance Management to oversee all aspects of Program financial management
  • Oversight and management of third party suppliers/consultants as required
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of Analyst/Associate level staff

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or a related field required
  • MBA or relevant professional designation strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of program management experience with a demonstrated track record of leadership, problem solving, and relationship management
  • Experience with large regulatory programs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products/services (e.g. derivatives, loans) and processes
  • Ability to collaborate, partner with senior business stakeholders, project managers and team members
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Visio (process flows) and PowerPoint (strong storyboarding of executive presentations)
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • A passion for learning

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
