Job summary

As Prompted grows we are seeking a highly organized proactive Virtual Assistant to support customer outreach demo scheduling follow-up and onboarding workflows.

This role supports the front end of Prompteds customer lifecycle You will help ensure that prospective customers are contacted professionally demos are scheduled efficiently follow-ups are timely and new customers are guided smoothly through onboarding This is not a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Prospective customer outreach includes sending outbound messages to prospective customers using approved templates via email LinkedIn or CRM-based messaging monitoring inbound inquiries and responding promptly using provided scripts maintaining accurate records of outreach activity responses and next steps
  • Demo scheduling coordination includes scheduling product demos for Prompted leadership and sales leads coordinating calendars confirming attendance sending reminders ensuring demo links materials agendas sent in advance
  • Follow-up pipeline support includes executing structured follow-up sequences after demos initial conversations tracking follow-ups to ensure no leads missed delayed updating CRM or tracking tools with accurate status changes notes
