For more than 10 years, Pamika Group has been bringing an authentic Thai experience to Montreal throughout its different style of restaurants and projects.

We are looking for a Store Managers to lead the daily operations of our new and old restaurants within a young dynamic team.


Tasks:


  • Ensure 5star service
  • Listen to the team and hold monthly meetings with everyone
  • Make orders and schedule
  • Hiring
  • Complete the tasks set by the direction in timely manner
  • Promote the company and authenticity of Pamika
  • Be young and dynamic with a minimum of 2 years of experience in management, 4 in restaurant overall
  • Speak english and french
  • Have a good interpersonal skills
  • Be organized and independent
  • Have leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel and other platforms
  • Stress management and selfcontrol

Note:

  • A 2month process will be established before taking on all the responsibilities of the restaurant.
  • Full time 5 days a week
  • Salary to be determined according to experience
