Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders from operations to prepare and configure route plans
Troubleshoot problems by researching, analyzing, and identifying root causes and symptoms
Enable the optimization team to provide efficient routing through geofencing and regional route planning management
Utilize optimization software and determine the distribution of stops
Review previous configurations for testing and improvements
Analyze existing routing and optimization processes for improvements and provide support for various implementation plans.
Develop and document test scenarios;
Prepare and accompany users through User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications:

Exceptional problemsolving skills, documentation, and multitasking skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for improvement opportunities
Previous experience within the Transportation / Logistics industry preferred
Great written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Team player
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
Be able and comfortable evolving in fastmoving environment.
Solid computer literacy (using Teams, Confluence, Google Maps, etc.)
