Description
We are a non-emergency patient transfer service.

Based next to Pearson Airport.

We are looking for a dispatcher with over 2 years of local experience, polite phone etiquette and the ability to multi-task while planning and expecting the dispatch board.

Clear and concise communication is a must.


Dispatch Manager Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Responsible for taking calls, inputting information and planning trips accordingly
  • Responsible for coordinating trips in a geographicallyefficient manner
  • Oversee movement/updates of all trips (patient contact, arrival and departure times, etc.)
  • Communicate with the appropriate compliance group to ensure regulatory obligations are met
  • Cultivates positive professional relationships with partners and clients
  • Coordinate trips based on possible delays and medic's lunch periods
  • Responsible for scheduling medics based on their availability
