The successful applicant will have a minimum of a diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline; a minimum of three years of related work experience, preferably in Local Government and/ or a unionized environment and a valid class 5 full privilege BC Driver's License.

Knowledge of Unit 4 (Agresso) Human Resources software and a CPHR designation is an asset.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. A competitive salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package is available with this Exempt position.
