Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems as per company policy
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors if necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance work, preference given to someone with LTC experience
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff and contractors
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Salary:
From $1.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
