Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the project life cycle, ensuring all stages are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, production managers, and sales teams, to ensure project success
  • Manage project budgets and costs, including tracking expenses and forecasting project revenues
  • Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded, including conducting quality control checks on all projects
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members as needed

Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of printing and packaging industry standards and practices
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project management: 2 years (required)
