Regional Sales Manager - Vancouver, Canada - Daniels Health
Description
We have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Leadership team in Canada.Ideally you will be based in or around the British Columbia area a sales team spanning from British Columbia to Winnipeg and anywhere in between.
As a successful Sales Leader you will spearhead new and existing relationships with Healthcare providers and GPO's to drive down needle stick injuries and improve their overall safety and environmental footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas for the region as set by the company, with your collaboration;
- Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the region;
- Utilizes pipeline management (SalesForce) to ensure sales plan is met;
- Constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results;
- Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships;
- Ensure high performance standards for self and sales team
- Develop tactics and strategies to develop longterm commitment with key customers;
- Take on special projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- 510 years Business Development Experience required and previous experience managing a team of outside sales representatives
- Must be able to discuss the features, advantages and clinical benefits of all our products and to compare their performance with competitive products
- Previously experience within the hospital sales environment with specific experience reviewing and responding to RFPs and tenders, as well as experience dealing with Canadian GPOs, such as HealthPro and MedBuy, would be an asset
