Brand & Community Manager - Toronto, Canada - Cardata

What You'll Be Doing:
- Create and own Cardata's social media channel strategy to reach target audiences on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Reddit and others
- Plan, write, execute and optimize social media content to build brand awareness and community for the Cardata brand
- Create and optimize platformnative content such as video, image, text, webinar, podcast and share on relevant channels in a fastpaced cadence
- Leverage internal SME stakeholders to scale content creation in the form of videos, webinars, article and more
- Build distribution plans for paid and organic content to reach audiences and grow the respective communities
- Research online communities and new platforms where our personas are active to expand Cardata's reach and engagement
- Develop your expertise in Cardata customer profiles to inform content distribution and increase engagement
- Develop relationships with influencers and select audience members to strengthen brand reach and authenticity
- Strategize with broader growth team on themes and relevant content to maximize efforts such as SEO, ABM and SEM campaigns
- Manage all virtual and inperson community building initiatives, such as our marquee trade show event in October, to build the Cardata community
- Occasionally support PR and media projects by writing press releases, working with journalists and developing story ideas
What You'll Bring:
- 46 years relevant experience
- Proven community management experience including channel strategy, content planning and creation, reporting and managing responses
- Experience in customer segmentation and analysis
- HubSpot, Canva, Adobe skills an asset
- Visual media knowledge with ability to work in video editing software to cut and edit light video content
- Strong influential skills to gain alignment across senior leadership while exercising discretion in confidential matters
- An intellectual mind with positive attitude who can deliver projects and initiatives by prioritizing and multitasking in a fastpaced, startup environment
