As a Cabinet Refinishing Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming kitchen cabinets to their original beauty through refinishing techniques.

• Assess the condition of kitchen cabinets and determine the appropriate refinishing methods.
• Prepare cabinets for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damages.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every project.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for cabinet finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cabinet refinishing techniques.

• Proficiency in various refinishing techniques, including staining, painting, and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver cabinets and equipment.
